I first met Ian 8 months ago when I was making the move to commercial accounting. What stood out was Ian's willingness to help me prepare for an interview that wasn't for his client. I recently reached out to him and he willingly helped me look for this role but he did challenge me if I was making the right decision for looking after only 6 months.
